Be a smart consumer and read labels
carefully
Fat free products are loaded with sugar. Fat does not make
you fat – SUGAR DOES! 4 grams of sugar = 1 teaspoon. AVOID
products with added sugar – I can teach you what to look
for.
Avoid crash or fad diets
They have the highest failure rate because they don’t teach
you how to live in the real world. Get back to the basic,
common sense principles. Let me show you how to make lasting,
sustainable changes.
Never skip meals
One way to almost guarantee becoming overweight is skipping
meals. The moment you allow your blood sugar to drop (when
you feel hunger pangs) you become a fat storing machine.
You must eat small meals or snacks every few hours. I can
give you a personalized plan through the comprehensive nutrition
consultation.
Junk ALL the junk food in your kitchen
Stop buying addictive junk foods and get rid of those tempting
you right now. These are what get us into trouble in the
first place! My plan will teach you which foods are best.
You cannot spot reduce
Stop wasting your time on crunches.
The only way to get a true 6-pack is to combine a healthy
diet with cardio and total body resistance training.
I can teach you the exercises that work best and will get
you to your goal.
Water helps you lose weight
Drinking enough water every day will help you burn more
calories and double your energy, as well as clear your skin.

Don’t be afraid to lift weights
If you want results fast, it's all about resistance training.
This will burn more calories faster, and most importantly
will add much needed muscle to speed up metabolism. My classes
and personal training will teach you hundreds of exercises
that do the trick!
