What are the MAIN BENEFITS of our Boot Camp?

The foundation of our Boot Camp has been structured around the "muscle confusion" formula of circuit training - which has been proven to be one of the BEST methods of exercising. It provides you with excellent all round fitness, tone, strength, stamina, energy, and a great sense of accomplishment. I have seen hundreds take part in my class and reach goals they have set for themselves - whether it was to lose weight, lose fat, drop a dress size, tone up, sleep better, relieve stress, or just do something positive for themselves. Now it's YOUR turn.
  • Whatever your current level of fitness - whether you’re a top athlete or merely a beginner - you will work together in the same training session. It is perfectly acceptable for you to work at your own pace within each activity and workout-station. How you use your time at each station is entirely up to you - and I am there to teach, encourage and motivate you every step of the way.

  • You will significantly improve your cardiovascular fitness level. The types of aerobic exercises we incorporate are designed to get maximum effect in the minimum time. Jumping rope, step-ups and other burst-type activities are all excellent for elevating your heart rate. These exercises also concentrate on muscle groups which use a lot of energy and therefore burn lot of calories. When we follow an aerobic work-station with a high repetition and strength station, you will sustain a raised heart rate and therefore get the best possible results.

  • Our boot camp is excellent for developing overall strength and body tone. We incorporate mostly compound exercises, which are those that use more than one muscle group at a time. These exercises have proven to be much more effective than most types of gym equipment that focus on one set of muscles only.

  • The type of rotational activity involved in our class is an excellent fat burner. Keeping your heart rate elevated throughout the class will keep you burning more calories the whole time.....and the majority of those calories come from stored fat!

  • This class is FUN! Working out with friends and being in a supportive, motivating & exhilarating environment is psychologically rewarding. This isn’t just a class – it’s a community of people all working towards something important - and each class you complete is a step closer to the best you possible!
