your body is burning. Calories are a measure of the amount of

the more energy you are giving your body. Giving your body too
much will promote fat gain….giving it too little will promote
fat retention. I work with you to build a plan that fits within
your schedule and budget. I take into consideration your unique
likes and dislikes while I customize a plan just for you!
