you build a “lifestyle map” that will get you where you are
going.
As a certified personal trainer, I will listen to your fitness
goals and develop exercise programs that are effective, challenging,
rewarding and get you specific results! We can meet 1-on-1 or
you can join one of our proven classes.
As an ACE-certified Lifestyle & Weight Management
Coach, I will teach you how to incorporate proper nutrition
and identify current barriers to your success. Working together,
we can incorporate more effective behaviors that set you up
for sustainable weight loss and lasting changes.
