Rachel Howe, ACPT
Rachel received a Personal Training degree through the National Personal Training Institute, Waltham, MA, graduating top in her class of 40 students. Her study involved intense classroom and hands-on training covering Bioenergetics, Nutrition, Strength Training, Cardiovascular Conditioning, Anatomy and Muscle Physiology. After graduation, Rachel passed N.P.T.I.'s "Advanced Certified Personal Training" (A.C.P.T.) exam which is recognized in the industry as a top national P.T. certification.

Rachel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Bryant University, RI. At Bryant she played four years of Varsity soccer and was Team Captain her senior year. In addition, she was elected to the "Northeast 10 - All New England Collegiant Team". Her highlight was receiving the prestigious "Female Student / Athlete of the Year" award, given to just one woman in her class of 600 graduates, for maintaining a Magna Cum Laude G.P.A. while leading the women's soccer team to a successful season.

As the owner of Momentum Fitness, Inc. in Uxbridge, MA, Rachel saw a need to bring fitness to the Blackstone Valley and launched her Fitness Boot Camps with great success. Clients range in their fitness levels and abilities yet all participate in a fast-paced, fun environment. Her unique design allows Rachel to bring her Mobile Boot Camp on the road to conduct Corporate Training Events, Community Programs or private classes in nearby towns. She has even brought the fitness craze a step further by developing a "G.Y.M. Party" for a comfortable, fun evening amongst friends of Diet and Nutrition education, "myth busting", Q&A and exercise demonstrations.

Rachel is always impressed with the diversity of her clients that are getting in shape these days. She trains athletes, business people, stay-at-home moms, grandmothers, military personnel, high school teens and even other trainers. She understands that each client's goals are unique and their training should be as well. Whether the goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or train for a specific sport or event, she can develop a specific program to to maximize their results.

As a mother of three and business owner, Rachel understands firsthand the energy required to maintain a busy, yet healthy, lifestyle today. Her positive attitude and encouraging manner allow her to push her clients beyond their previous limits. She loves to teach, motivate and inspire people to change their lives for the better each and every day.
